Cygnus Contracting is a UK-wide construction contractor delivering commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across a range of sectors.
We specialise in refurbishment and fit-out works, providing tailored solutions to suit the specific needs of each project. Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and our supply chain, we ensure smooth delivery from early planning through to completion.

We undertake both Design & Build and traditional contracts, and draw on our experience to deliver Mechanical & Electrical works from design development through to installation. Acting as main contractor and principal contractor, we manage projects of all sizes — from small works to complex, multi-discipline schemes — with a strong focus on teamwork, safety, quality, and programme certainty. Our aim is simple: to achieve the best possible outcome, together.
