​Cygnus delivers commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects across offices, industrial, retail, and mixed-use environments, including CAT A and CAT B schemes. We work collaboratively with clients and consultants to manage projects to minimise disruption and deliver on programme, on budget to a high quality finish.

We provide mechanical and electrical services from design and specification through to installation and commissioning, supporting both commercial and residential projects. Cygnus undertakes M&E works as part of wider construction projects or as standalone packages, including plant replacement, fire alarm installations, and system upgrades.

Cygnus provides technical consultation services to support clients during the early stages of a project, helping define clear, compliant, and deliverable scopes of work. We undertake technical surveys, system validations, investigations, and buildability reviews to assess existing conditions and constraints. Working closely with clients and consultants, we assist in developing robust specifications aligned with the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, and fire safety requirements.

Cygnus Contracting delivers commercial Design & Build projects, providing a single point of responsibility from design development through to construction and handover. We work closely with clients and consultants to ensure designs are practical, compliant, and aligned with programme and budget requirements. By managing risk and buildability from the outset, we deliver well-coordinated commercial spaces safely, efficiently, and ready for occupation.
