West Cornwall Enterprise Centre

Cygnus Contracting delivered a comprehensive programme of internal and external refurbishment works at the West Cornwall Enterprise Centre. Internally, the project included the installation of new fire doors, refurbishment of WC facilities, a new kitchen, and full internal redecoration throughout the building.

Externally, the works comprised the installation of new doors and windows, construction of a new bin store, and car park repairs. Accessibility upgrades were also undertaken to improve safe and inclusive access to the building.

In addition, Cygnus delivered a new fire alarm system alongside extensive fire safety improvements, enhancing compliance and overall building safety.

Throughout the project the centre remained live and occupied with various tenants, which consisted of food production, healthcare, offices and counselling so close liaison and co-ordination was crucial to the success of the project.
