Weddel House

Cygnus Contracting delivered a programme of fire safety enhancements at Weddel House, working across two buildings over eight floors. The scope included the installation of new fire doors, comprehensive fire stopping, and associated compliance works to improve overall life safety within the buildings.

In addition, Cygnus carried out redecoration works to common parts and landlord areas, improving the appearance and durability of shared spaces. Minor plumbing and electrical works were also undertaken as part of the wider refurbishment programme.

The project included accessibility upgrades to provide improved step-free access, supporting inclusive use of the building. Delivered within occupied premises, the works required careful planning, coordination and communication.
