Waterside

Cygnus Contracting delivered a programme of roofing remedial works at the Waterside project, involving the replacement of roof slates across six separate roof areas. The works were carefully planned and coordinated to ensure continuity of protection to the building fabric while maintaining programme certainty.

In addition, the project included the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke external hardwood timber doors, enhancing both the appearance and durability of the building entrances. The new doors were integrated with an upgraded access control system, improving security while maintaining ease of use for occupants.
