Albert Hall Mansions

Cygnus Contracting undertook a full refurbishment of a Grade II listed apartment at Albert Hall Mansions, delivering a high-quality residential upgrade within a historically significant building. The project included structural alterations, the installation of new bathrooms and a bespoke kitchen, and the introduction of new hardwood timber flooring throughout.

Great care was taken to preserve and sensitively refurbish original listed features, ensuring the character of the property was maintained while improving functionality and finish. Works were completed alongside full internal redecoration, with close attention to detail and coordination throughout.

The project was delivered under a Design & Build procurement route, including the successful management of the High-Risk Building approval process. This scheme demonstrates Cygnus’ experience in delivering complex residential refurbishments within listed buildings, where careful planning, technical knowledge, and a considered approach are essential.
