1-3 Deacon Way

Cygnus Contracting delivered a fast-track strip-out and partial demolition of an existing 27,000 sq ft industrial unit at 1–3 Deacon Way, preparing the building for future refurbishment works.

The project involved the full clearance of the building, including the strip-out of all internal units and the removal of over 100 tonnes of waste, leaving the warehouse as a clean, open shell ready for the next phase of works.
