Cygnus undertook a interior refurbishment of a high-end modern apartment within the prestigious St Marys Mansions development. We undertook the refurbishment of numerous spaces within the apartment, including decorating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical alterations. We also undertook the fitout and dressing of the apartment where our team selected furniture and decorations for the apartment to suit the client brief.

Our team worked with the client to develop a scope, which we further developed into a buildable scheme. This was delivered at a very fast pace to allow the client and their family to use the apartment on their return during the summer holidays.
