Speldhurst Road

Cygnus Contracting undertook a full internal and external refurbishment of a residential property at Speldhurst Road, located within a designated conservation area. The project required a sensitive approach to both the building fabric and the surrounding environment, with careful planning and coordination throughout.

Internally, the works included the refurbishment of all key living spaces, comprising a new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, study, and living areas. Externally, roof repairs were carried out alongside associated works, supported by the installation of external scaffolding and protective hoarding to ensure safety and minimise disruption.

The project was delivered with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and attention to detail, reflecting Cygnus’ experience in managing residential refurbishment works within conservation areas and occupied neighbourhoods.
