Orange Tree Theatre

We were employed by the Orange Tree Theatre to undertake the enabling works, structural investigations and services validations in advance of the major refurbishment project for the theatre. This included opening up the existing structure and undertaking GPR surveys, Geo-environmental testing and soil testing to allow the structural design to be completed.

Due to our understanding of the building we were further employed to develop the Construction Management Plan (CMP) for the full scheme.
