Broadlands Farm

Cygnus Contracting delivered a comprehensive, full-scale renovation at Broadlands Farm, involving the complete strip-out and refurbishment of the existing property. The project effectively returned the house to a structural shell before undertaking a full rebuild and upgrade across all elements.

The scope of works included roofing repairs and replacement, full internal strip-out, new drainage, plumbing, and electrical installations, alongside extensive internal refurbishment works. Externally, the project incorporated landscaping, tree removal, and the installation of new fencing, transforming both the building and its surrounding environment.
