Cygnus Contracting successfully replaced the fire alarm system throughout the property and installed a new Automatic Opening Vent (AOV), alongside minor refurbishments of landlord areas and common parts, including essential electrical works.

The works were undertaken in a live, occupied building so close co-ordination and communication was crucial to the projects success.
